They stole my $10,000 diamond and replaced it with not just one of a value around $2,000, and a cracked diamond at that! In addition to that, it wasn't even the same type of diamond I had when I walked in there the first time. Definitely would NOT recommend. Don't waste your time here, or your hard earned money. If anything, James at James C Smith in downtown Traverse City is amazing.
