  I have loved this store until this December. A family member ordered an item not in stock for my daughter for Christmas. It wasn't in by Christmas, which wasn't a huge disappointment, but when it's March and the item STILL isn't in... That's terrible. We ordered on Amazon and it was here in 3 days. I can't believe this is how business is done. No calls and no updates. Still a cute store for kids with fun items, but this was such a disappointment. Like we were forgot about.

  I have always had superb responsive customer service at Sweet Pea. They are flexible, knowledgeable and helpful. I have shopping there for years and it's always a treat to see the new Tea clothes they have in.
