There is not a doubt, that our beloved Flower was treated with respect and dignity by Kerri and the rest of the staff. They went above and beyond, taking multiple nose and paw prints for us, and answering every sobbing unintelligible phone call from us between dropping her off and picking her up. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of such services.

She took the time to walk me through the process of making some very hard choices and the poems that I got with my babies ashes when i picked him up were such a comfort. These people really take it to heart how their clients are feeling. Thank you great lakes pet memorial for everything!!!
