  I purchased an Xbox One X for my husband. He ended up getting a different one. We called the store to make sure we could return it before I wasted my time going in there. The guy we talked to said that we can return it if it is the same condition as when we bought it. So, I just took it into the store and the girls in there were so rude. They talked to me like I am an idiot. I told them the exact conversation I had with the gentleman yesterday and they said, "Yeah, the condition he was talking about was UNOPENED." I don't often buy game systems, but don't tell me I can do something and then make me feel stupid for trying to do it. The whole time I was in there, I felt like they were judging me. The girls kept saying, "Nobody would buy that. Some customers won't even buy it if the box has a dent in it. Would YOU buy that?" We will never go there again.
