  Horrible customer service. I won a package through them with a free tux and 50% off a dress last summer. I wasn't planning on getting married that summer so I held onto it until I was ready to use it. Three months after the contest she announced she was closing - I had no clue. I reached out and asked if I could come take a look at the dresses and maybe get a coupon for a free tux elsewhere and she agreed. I went to go look at the dresses and there was maybe 2 I could choose form which I understood. I asked the women working about the tux certificate and she had no idea what I was talking about even though the owner said she would leave it with her when I came in (which I scheduled with her). The woman working took my info and said she would get back to me. I called two weeks later and she said she will send a tux certificate in the mail. I received nothing. I messaged her and she read it and did not respond. I am in awe over the poor service. I am really bummed.

  Sold me a dress that was too small and PROMISED there was extra fabric to have it let out... a week before my wedding, I go to have it altered and there was ABSOLUTELY NO EXTRA FABRIC AT ALL. ZERO STARS. NEVER GO.
